Fusion Caribbean Kitchen

Having worked 23 years in the Healthcare industry gave me the customer service experience needed to follow my dreams. Although extremely grateful and thankful, I knew I had a greater purpose. In 2017 I decided to take a year off to pursue my vision, and in  2018 I resigned and started my Personal training business (Ego Fit Training). Little did I know the year 2020 would give us all the shock of our lives. With the world shutting down and health being priority number one, I knew all that mattered was being of service. Switching over to Nutrition wasn't going to be an easy task because I wasn't known for this specialty. However, call it luck or opportunity, I ended up running into an old neighbourhood friend who happened to be a fantastic chef. Starting off as a meal prep service during Covid propelled the business to what it is today. Building relationships with the customers through that difficult time taught me that being of service was always my intention, and doing it for myself was my DESTINY.
